		<description>First you have to enable at lest the rules controlled mode or the interactive mode.

1. Open the main window
2. Click on settings
3. Click on rules and zones configuration
4. In the new window click the new button
5. Type in a name, set the lists to both and allow respectively.
6. Click on the Local tab.
7. Below the application text click on he browse button and look for you utorrent.exe. It&#039;s default path is: C:\Program Files\Utorrent\

Click apply and that&#039;s all! :);)
